The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Senior Director of Entertainment Productions

Executive leadership spanning booking, programming, finance, production, venue operations, and property-wide activations.

Executive scope

Joined The Cosmopolitan as part of its opening team and remained with the organization for nearly a decade. Formally reported to the Vice President of Entertainment, with regular direct engagement with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer on entertainment strategy, major bookings, financial decisions, venue utilization, operating priorities, and resort-wide initiatives.

Held P&L ownership and managed more than $40 million in annual operating and entertainment budget. Partnered across casino marketing, hotel, food and beverage, finance, legal, security, facilities, ticketing, sponsorship, premium services, and executive leadership.

Booking

Hybrid model: an external agent managed most direct booking. Additional artists were secured directly by myself or the Vice President of Entertainment.

Rose.Rabbit.Lie.

Booked all talent, performers, and entertainment activations for five years, including settlements, contract negotiation, auditions, and talent selection.

  • Ticket revenue
  • Casino customer participation
  • Theoretical gaming value

  • Broader resort impact
